Water Glades Condominium

Unit 100 - 17B

Continuing our relationship with a family who owns a unit in the Water Glades Condominium Building 100, LTL Builders completed a substantial remodel to the unit. The owner's main objective in remodeling the unit was modernizing the dated design of the condo while refocusing it to their needs.This involved major work in both the master and guest bedrooms and bathrooms. Some of the tasks completed included:

• Remove old flooring and install new maple engineered wood flooring
• Redesign both bathrooms.
• Install crown moulding, base and trim throughout unit.
• Rewire condo for modern technologies.
• Make various alterations to kitchen and living room for new owners.
