LTL completed an extensive remodel of the downstairs living space of this Sandalwood home, specifically remodeling the kitchen and the living room. The following tasks were completed:

• Design and Installed a Soffit in Kitchen
• Rewired the Existing Electrical in Kitchen
• Installed Kitchen Tile and Splash
• Installed Granite Countertop
• Redesigned Kitchen Penisula to Accomadate Bar Stools
• Installed New Trim to Match Existing
• Replaced Existing Interior Doors
• Remove "Popcorn" Ceiling and Replace with "Knock-Down" Ceilling
• Redesigned Exterior Fence
