This North Palm Beach Village Home finalized construction in June of 2008, completing an extensive remodeling of a 1950s home. Design of the remodel was completed in-house by LTL Builders, providing a substantial architectural face lift and a re-invented home. The following list of tasks were completed on 789 Lagoon.
- Redesigned home to feature a larger kitchen, a new master suite to include his and her walk in closets, and a new master bath with separate tiled shower and Jacuzzi bath tub.
- Remove carport and carport foundations.
- Removed portion of existing roof and framed walls to meet consistent standard 8’ ceiling.
- Installed new foundation and constructed new garage and laundry room addition in place of carport.
- Relocate plumbing in flooring.
- Replaced all windows with hurricane-ready, impact glass resistant windows.
- Replace and upgrade all doors.
- Installed new tile throughout home.
- Installed new air conditioning system.
- Installed state of the art alarm system.
- Update electrical to meet current codes.
- Converted overhead FPL to underground electrical.
