Exterior Office Remodel
In 2008, LTL Builders completed an exterior office remodel of a condo office building on 5730 Corporate Way in West Palm Beach.
Tasks completed include:
- Demolition of entranceway: removal of concrete sidewalk, removal of curb, removal of entire window entranceway, and removal of shrubs and trees
- Enclose building entrance with new metal roof
- Build wall to replace windowed entranceway
- Install four windows
- Stucco exterior of entranceway
- Lay pavers through out entrance
- Install new curb with ADA compliance
