This Jupiter home located in the Ridge section of the Bluffs neighborhood began a home remodel in October 2008. The home remodel has been phased out to accommodate the owner's schedule. The first phase that was completed was the guest bathroom remodel. The home had once been remodeled in the 90s since the construction of the home in the early 1980s, but have scheduled extensive remodeling plans for the new year.
Phase I - Guest Bathroom Remodel:
- Remove old 1980s unsightly cabinets
- Remove stained and rusted cast iron tub
- Remove leaking toilet
- Remove old tile
- Remove drywall in shower - Replaced with state of the art waterproof backerboard
- Rewire all electricity and mount new fixtures, including one in the shower
- Install new plumbing throughout bathroom
- Design and install new tile pattern from floor to ceiling
- Install cherry vanity, granite countertop and custom mirror
- Upgrade bathroom closet and door trim
